Steine fassen - Sertissage - Stone setting

Am vergangenen Wochenende habe ich einen Steinfassungskurs mit Metalclay besucht. Es war super, zu lernen, wie man auf originelle Weise etwas ausgefallene Steine fassen und zu Geltung bringen kann. Es war viel Arbeit, aber das Resultat kann sich sehen lassen:

Le weekend passé j'ai fait un cours pour sertir des pierres en pâte de métal. cela a été trés intéressant d'apprendre des méthodes differentes comment sertir des pierres ayant des formes pas tout à fait commun. ça a donné bien du boulot, mais le résultat est de consequence:

3. Preis / 3ième Prix / 3rd price

am Artclay Festival erreichten wir mit unserer Kreation "Nature's Treasure" den dritten Platz am Wettbewerb. das Zertifikat lautet zwar auf meinen Namen, ich möchte aber betonen, dass es ein gemeinsames Werk ist, von der Idee bis zur Entwicklung und Entstehung war Mann immer mitbeteiligt. Ihm gebührt genauso die Ehre! ;-)

Au Festival Artclay 2012 nous avons obtenu le troisième Prix au Concours avec notre création "Nature's Treasure". Bien que le certificat soit à mon nom, mon homme est tout autant impliqué. il m'a aidé depuis le dévelopement de l'idée jusqu'à la réalisation du projet. c'est donc tout aussi son mérite! ;-)

At the Artclay Festival 2012 we got the third price at the Award with our creation "Nature's Treasure". however the certificate is named on me, my Sweety has been involved in the project from the beginning throughout to the realisation of the project. he merits the price as well as I do! ;-)

Artclay Festival Schweiz 2012 - ein fantastisches Wochenende

Vom  28. - 30.09.2012 fand in Volketswil bei Creative Glass das Artclay Festival statt. Es war ein fantastisches Wochenende gefüllt mit spannenden Begegnungen, hervorragenden Kursen und einer tollen Atmosphäre.
Nach den vielen internationalen und v. a. mehrsprachigen Begegnungen habe ich nun beschlossen unseren Blog auch etwas polyglott zu gestalten... ;-) deshalb werde ich versuchen meine Beiträge jeweils auch in Französich und Englisch zu verfassen:

du 28 au 30 septembre a eu lieu le Festival Artclay chez Creative Glass à Volketswil. se fut un weekend fabuleux, plein de rencontres sympas, de cours fantastique et une atmosphère trés agréable.
Aprés avoir fait tant de connaissances internationales et surtout multiliguales j'ai donc décidé de continuer notre blog un peu plus polyglotte. je vais désormais essayer d'écrire mes postes en allemand, français et anglais:

on the weekend of the 28. to 30. september 2012 the Artclay Festival 2012 was held at creative glasses in Volketswil. It was a fabulous weekend full of exciting meetings, fantastic classes and an awesome atmosphere.

ich war am Freitag, Mann war am Samstag bei Melissa Cable im Kurs "Faux Bone" es war ein fantastischer Kurs mit einer höchst liebenswürdigen Kursleiterin. Das Material ist unerschöflich vielseitig einsetzbar. und das kam dabei raus:

vendredi j'ai pris le cours "Faux Bone" avec Melissa Cable et mon homme samedi. ce fut un cours fabuleux avec une instructrice adorable. ce materaux a des possibilités infinie.Voilà ce qui en est sorti:
